Saudi Arabia | 12 April 2025I've been a paid customer since 2019. Over the years I've had several instances of over charging and trying to discard shipments for no apparent or logical reasons. They recently failed to ship my package as their warehouse lost it. When I asked for a refund, they said that I don't have insurance on shipment. The reality is they never shipped my package. They simply lost it. The online customer service is untrained and you will be lucky if you ever get a hold of them. Recently, they refused to ship a handmade vehicle deocrative item. They pushed me to discard or send back. It's better to ask the shipper to send you directly or use any other service instead. I will be cancelling my subscription with them now.

Rwanda | 12 April 2025Lack of transperancy in packaging weight of items for shipping as well as exorbitant pricing of items when there is no invoice. The 10% discount (on DHL only) for shipping over $500 per month are quickly lost through exaggerated shipping weight and packaging. Very unfortunate.

I asked if they can match this and I would stay but they misunderstood. I will move to new storage next month as I get 3 x more storage with other companies for the same money. They also dont overcharge for splitting up package etc. I think my us has gotten too big to care. People shop around it pays!

United States | 11 April 2025When MyUS receives a package to be forwarded to the UK, they're already fully aware of customs laws and regulations. SO WHY, after opening the package and receiving the invoice from Chewy.com, didn't they alert me to the fact that bovine bones meant for dogs WOULD NOT be allowed into the UK? They simply charged me $23.00 to get it there, then told me, AFTER it was stopped at the border, that I needed to work with FedEx to get it back and that it was my responsibility to have known it wasn't allowed. They're SCAM ARTISTS! They only want to get paid the shipping fee, knowing beforehand that your package will be sent back.
