Generally I really like your service. However when there are issues with documentation etc - they really causes considerable delays. For instance we orders some materials from a supplied and the split the shipment without letting us know. When we asked the issue we were asked to add supporting documents - but I saw no way to do that. With time differences here its an issue to follow up.

I used MYUS for the first time. I shipped 24 small items from eBay and had them consolidated. They charge $25US every day after 30 days. Then continue to charge even after payment to ship. As they take 3 days of time wasting and charging more fees. SAVE YOUSELF THE MONEY AND TROUBLE. NEVER USE THEM, THEY ARE DIRTY SCAMMERS.

Problems with customs documentation. MyUS is generating an issue with my country's customs office due to incorrectly completing customs documentation, and they're asking you to resolve it. The logical course of action would be to resolve this as soon as possible, especially with premium users.

Living in the USVI, this service is spectacular. Oftentimes, we are on the "No Ship" list and sometimes we don't even exist as a real place. I've had people tell me where I live doesn't exist. LOL THANK YOU!

I’ve officially lost trust in MyUS. Repeated issues with delayed package logging and inflated weight measurements. Two pairs of shoes under 4 lbs were logged as 5.2 lbs—blatantly violating the TruePrice guarantee. When I flagged this, they asked for an $8 fee to “inspect” the package just to confirm the obvious. That’s not transparency—it’s a system designed to bleed the customer. Meanwhile, another package delivered on April 4 still wasn’t logged days later, potentially triggering more storage fees on the other packages
