For instance we orders some materials from a supplied and the split the shipment without letting us know. When we asked the issue we were asked to add supporting documents - but I saw no way to do that. With time differences here its an issue to follow up.

Then continue to charge even after payment to ship. As they take 3 days of time wasting and charging more fees. SAVE YOUSELF THE MONEY AND TROUBLE. NEVER USE THEM, THEY ARE DIRTY SCAMMERS.

MyUS is generating an issue with my country's customs office due to incorrectly completing customs documentation, and they're asking you to resolve it. The logical course of action would be to resolve this as soon as possible, especially with premium users.

Two pairs of shoes under 4 lbs were logged as 5.2 lbs—blatantly violating the TruePrice guarantee. When I flagged this, they asked for an $8 fee to “inspect” the package just to confirm the obvious. That’s not transparency—it’s a system designed to bleed the customer. Meanwhile, another package delivered on April 4 still wasn’t logged days later, potentially triggering more storage fees on the other packages
