Australia | 11 April 2025I sent a simple shipment of protein powder to MyUS, which they inexplicably flagged as “dangerous goods”—a completely baseless classification. I’ve ordered this exact product multiple times before without any issues, and could have had it shipped directly from the merchant via UPS (my preferred carrier). Instead, MyUS forced me to switch to FedEx or DHL, both of which are significantly less reliable at my location. As of today (15/04/2025), my shipment has been delayed under “review” since 02/04/2025, with no resolution in sight. If I had gone directly through the merchant, I’d already have the product. What was meant to be a cost-effective solution has ended up taking three times as long—and will ultimately cost more. Completely unacceptable service. Avoid.
