Timely responses during non peak season. Packing is excellent! Customer service is helpful. The invoice upload should allow for multiple pages as items are constantly being separated and not always purchased that way.

The usual problem- total disregard for the card of received parcels. Knife marks on many books. Another claim to be made. You really need to sort the problem out. One if the books was still sliced into despite 2 outer wrappings of cardboard in separate boxes. The knife wielded must have pressed very hard to achieve this. Clearly not trained or supervised or held to account. Very poor service.

Although I read a lot of negative reviews, my experience with MyUS has been nothing but a breeze. Packages are shipped out on time and everything arrives perfectly packaged. Very stress-free and a great experience so far. Recommend.

My main issues is damage to my shipment. In the beginning I waived any damages that was caused. Because they were minor damages. But the last year it's getting out of hand. Please handle our items as if it's your own.

A Bureaucratic Nightmare – Avoid MyUS if You Value Efficiency and Expertise As an international business owner with over a decade of experience in global trade and logistics, I can confidently say MyUS has delivered one of the most frustrating, inefficient, and utterly illogical support experiences I’ve ever encountered. We’ve used MyUS to return defective goods from our Amazon operations back to our supplier — a simple, routine reverse logistics process. Despite providing every legally required document, including official invoices from our supplier and US Customs documentation confirming the declared values, MyUS support repeatedly insisted on links to retail listings. For defective, non-commercial goods. Being returned. To a supplier. This circular exchange dragged on for days with zero escalation, even after explicitly requesting management involvement. Instead, we were patronizingly told to provide product links, over and over, as if this was a retail return and not a B2B transaction involving faulty inventory and customs compliance. It is alarming how little their support team understands the basic principles of import/export, product valuation, and customs regulations — not to mention the concept of fair market value in the context of defective goods. We provided every required document. The return value is clearly dictated by the purchase price, not the sales price, especially when the goods are returned for credit due to defect. Their failure to acknowledge this is not only nonsensical but could lead to false customs declarations, which is a serious legal matter. The constant gaslighting and lack of accountability were infuriating. We were told "nothing can be escalated without a product link," completely disregarding the full trail of documentation already supplied — including US government-issued forms. To any business looking for a competent shipping and logistics partner — look elsewhere. MyUS is not only ill-equipped to handle commercial shipments properly, but they also seem dangerously unaware of basic trade compliance practices. Their incompetence puts your shipments — and potentially your legal standing — at risk. Absolutely unacceptable.
