It is the best site in the field of shipping and it has many advantages, including that you are completely reassured about your purchases. They have a very high level of credibility and great flexibility in dealing. When you buy a product, you can see it in all its details through high-quality images and you can return it to the seller through them. You can also choose the shipping company that is most suitable for you.

Easy to open an account and quick handling of my packages. Getting to pay all the fees upfront definitely speeds up delivery. My packages were packed excellently with no damage at all!

I still haven’t received my package because although I opted on paying taxes and duties when I made my request my package was held by costums to pay the same taxes and duties I paid when madr my request and instead of it being sorted by your company to whom I made the payment when I contacted costumer services I was informed that I had to pay AGAIN and ask for reimbursement without you taking in consideration that money isnt always available So NO PACKAGE, NO REFOUND WITHOUT ME PAYING FIRST. Doesn’t make sense

Positive: Quick and safe service, items well packaged. Negative: GST is not charged correctly and is always well higher than %15 at check out.

Fast turnaround, safe packaging, super fast international delivery especially if you opt for DHL. The photographs of the items arriving at the site is very useful and I like that the name of the packer is stamped on each box. Overall, I really like the service. My only issue is that the website is a little clunky and difficult to navigate. It presents all the information but mostly in a huge heap on the front page and you don’t so much drill down as wander around a maze. This could be a lot better.

My problem before was shipping directly to my country and some brands don't ship internationally,some how I found my us and it was easy to use easy to register easy to ship and extra discount code.

The process of reviewing invoices and getting items ready to ship takes longer than expected. However, once the shipping process begins, the packaging is well done and secure.

Package delayed due to buying assistant inputting wrong address. Charged twice for shipping and not reimbursed.

It was a good experience overall. Please try to provide service 7 days aweek. 2 days weekend make big difference in shipping, reviewing and answering emails. Please try to get better deals with shipping companies specially ups. Try to give better prices for old customers and frequent users. Thanks
