First draft received 2 weeks after date that I was provided. Having optimised the version that I received I have shared with recruiters all of whom have provided consistent feedback: 1. Too long 2. Too much detail 3. Format is "old fashioned" I sent a CV to TopCV knowing that it was "good" and hoping that they would be able to use their expertise to optimise it to become "great". I accepted what was returned on the basis that they are experts in their field and know what a great CV should look like. Feedback I have received having shared the new version suggests that not to be the case

The outcome of the services was great. The process was clear and easy. There is flexibility.

My dedicated writer used AI to write my CV. The content was garbled, there were details about jobs I never had and some job descriptions in my work history were scrambled and duplicated. The writer admitted to using AI to "write the first draft". When I asked for a refund, no one at TopCV reached out to me even after days of messaging them. I am still waiting on a refund but no one seems to be reading my complaints and customer support tickets.

Do Not Buy from this Company. I purchased a Career Evolution CV Writing Package and paid an addtional amount to have a 48 turnaround time on the order. This was ordered some 96 hours ago and to date, we have received nothing from the Company at all. Missed the job application deadline that I needed the professionally written CV for. Requested a full refund as services are not required without the prompt turnaround, so we will wait and see. I have received a standard reply and have emailed the Company with my complaint as per the instruction but still no one has responded. Scam Company or just rubbish. The worst thing is the Company was recommend by the Chartered Institute of Management. Will be contacting this organisation as well.

The CV reaches the desired shape almost from the first try.

I received my cv quite quickly and was generally happy with it and only wanted a few changes. I mentioned I needed it back for a certain date. I did not hear back for over a week, with multiple emails to the cv writer and the customer support. After a week I got a reply, they seemed to be very quick at reply once I had complained. Most of the replies we basically dodging what I had been saying and just giving me generic apologies and not taking responsibility. I would not use again as it is very expensive and I'd expect a more personalised service with better communication.

I am deeply disappointed with the lack of response and action regarding my recent order cancellation and refund request. Despite initiating the cancellation of my order on May first due to unacceptable delays in being paired with a writer, I have yet to receive any acknowledgment or resolution from the company. Even after following up on May third, clearly stating my cancellation and refund requirements, my messages have been disregarded. The failure to match me with a writer within the specified timeframe has not only inconvenienced me but has also forced me to seek services elsewhere. I demand confirmation of the cancellation of my order and prompt initiation of the refund process, as promised. The disregard for my time and trust is unacceptable, and I will not tolerate any further delays or excuses. This situation reflects poorly on the company's professionalism and commitment to customer satisfaction. I expect swift action to rectify this matter and restore my faith in their services. I await immediate action and a satisfactory resolution.

I am disappointed overall. The first draft was very limited and did not highlight my skills the same way as the original that I shared. After a few amendments we achieved a better standard, but I was very disappointed that the writer reassured me that the cv was ready to be sent away for a specific role, but I found multiple errors, sentences that didn’t make sense or contradicted each other and inconsistencies in styling (e.g. using past tense in one sentence and present tense in the next). This made me mistrust the service and I felt like I have mostly written it myself with all the suggested edits. I expected that with paying almost €200 for the service your writer will quality check the work before sending it, when in reality I had to quality check for him and eventually ended up revising it and sending my own version.

Rapid turn around, increased in bullet points and succinct. One role was missing, which was the making of my Sales career - so I sent it back with the amendment.

I like the CV writer he did his job professionally. But I don't like the cost of the service its a bit expensive as compared to the market
