I am extremely disappointed with the service provided by Top CV. Despite paying for the premium service, the first draft of my CV was a complete mess, failing to address any of the feedback provided by Top CV themselves. Instead of highlighting my extensive experience and skills at a director level, they downgraded my profile to a junior position, which is unacceptable. After several back-and-forth drafts, they marked the service as completed without any improvement. I have tried multiple times to contact their support team, but I have received absolutely no replies. This has resulted in a significant loss of both my time and money, leaving me with a subpar CV and nothing to use for job applications. This experience has been absolutely disgraceful. Top CV needs to take responsibility and rectify this situation immediately. I demand a full refund or a proper revision of my CV that accurately reflects my career level and achievements. This is not what I expected from a premium service, and I will continue to pursue this matter until it is resolved satisfactorily. Top CV, please contact me immediately to address this issue.

Hello, I was generally disasastisfied. Top CV/Reusme is a high-volume "factory" to help people get past algorithms. That's fine for beginners, but I have decades of work experience and am in a career transitions. Rather than treat me like a factory mold, I would have appreciated working with someone, including at least 2 video phone calls, who respects my unique personality and what I can bring to a company or organization that is not based on a cookie cutter concept of a human. The LinkedIn redo was the most boring thing I have read in my life and uses tons of jargon. As a professional writer, I found it something I personally would never want to read! The money they charge for the executive package does not, in my opinion, correspond to what they provide, which is sadly incredibly impersonal. Dealing with some guy called with likely a fake name -- not knowing his real name, where he is based, what his own experience is -- made me feel like my life was being presented in a written package by an unknown entity in Timbuktu. Very depressing.

They will give your CV's review, you pay £99 for it to be done by a "professional" chatgpt user. After several months, you submit same CV to them, and they give you same feedback what they gave before saying that CV needs to be amended. Waste of money. Unprofessional staff. Avoid them, do yourself.

Horrible experience. Reviewer spoke and wrote poor English. She could not understand what I was saying to her. They did not respond to emails highlighting obvious mistakes in the CV they wrote for me. I had to give up as the back and forth was getting boring. In the end, they really added no value to my CV. Wasted money

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. TopCV will send you a questionnaire and they will ask you to provide an old CV and cover letter. They will then just change the formatting of what you have sent to them without changing any wording. The writer doesn't do any research on roles similar to yours or on the industry you want to work in. They were also 2 days late in delivering the first draft and when I sent my amendments, they just executed it and did not reply to any of my questions. And I have already written to their customer service but the reply from TopCV below says to contact them…

I never imagin that my CV will be written in this way. I tried to do it my self and sometimes used AI to help me come up with better text. When I used TopCV I realized that human intelligence beats AI at least until now. I strongly recommend it. "get yourself a writer"
