Today is May 7th, 2024, and I still haven't received anything other than an automated apology email. The job I wanted to apply for is no longer available due to the delay in receiving the package. I asked for a refund, and nobody replied to me either. I just spent €170 for nothing. Please be cautious with this company.

All what I have been taught not to do, was in this CV: buzzwords, long summaries of 7+lines, unnecessary wording, not highlighting technical skills across my work experience. Finally, the guy tries to pass the ATS and it completely failed relative to what I was asking for. I asked for a certain position tittle, the ATS highlighted all what I said I did not want to highlight. Plus no word of my skills. Also the ATS experience did not add up to 100%, so I was missing some work experience. And no mention of my studies. HORRIBLE!! I guess I had a very "smart" and lazy guy writing my CV and I hope TopCV solves this and compensates for the time lost in a correct manner. Update 08.05.2024 This is getting even worse. I have been asking about this to their support team and I haven't got an update for 3 days. As I investigated these guys have a bunch of people working from cheap countries (Vietnam..)..

Very poor experience overall. Edit: support is not helping at all. They are just trying to gain more time. Wish I could put 0 stars.

Spain | 01 May 2024Horrible experience with TopCV. I engaged TopCV to help me with a new CV and have been battling with them over the delivered work and a refund for weeks. Firstly, the resume writer did not engage with me to better understand my requirements and once I gave him a lengthy explanation of my position and some additional context, they basically just copy and pasted my message into my CV. What they delivered was SIGNIFICANTLY worse than what can be generated for FREE on ChatGPT. Alongside the horrible resume I have been messaging and waiting for communication from them for weeks and when they do finally respond, it takes them 4-5 days to write back again. I can only assume this is because they are overloaded with customer complaints.

Russia | 01 May 2024I’m extremely disappointed by the quality of service provided, the CV writer was completely not familiar with my work sphere, in addition no useful advice was given and the final CV was just a modification of my own CV. In addition the CV looked really ugly. Cover letter was simply done by AI services and doesn’t make any sense at all. At some point of time I had an impression that the CV writer himself was not a real person, but chatgpt.

Dieses Analyseergeb-nis war derart niederschmetternd (z.B. wurde mein höchster Bildungsabschluß mit Oberschule angegeben, obwohl ich einen Abschluß als Dipl.-Ing. einer TU habe), daß ich dieses Unternehmen im höchsten Maße kontraproduktiv für meine weitere Karriereplanung einstufen muß. Warum gibt für solche Läden keinen TÜV???

Two days ago I messaged to ask what the delay was, as two closing dates for job applications had breached. As yet there has been no response. After 12 days I have asked for a refund. After my call I have immediately received a long Q&A email to start reviews my CV - but then again , the system already did a check up of the CV document and made various observation ( would suggest for the internal process to start take the data from the initial feedback from your system ) Once I paid the service, I start receiving promotion email with 50% discount ... which in my case would be nice to receive ... but then again , the support was not very responsive except from very general reply ( -- will contact you soon , etc .. )
