Great experience

Very disappointed. Paid for my CV on 14th February and I am still waiting to receive it. Was sent a first draft on the 18th February and asked for a couple of amendments and since then nothing. I would avoid. I used CV centre in the end, they were awesome.

Clearly AI generated - half the sentences don't make any sense. Then they try and gaslight you into thinking you just need to revise it with your writer (who takes a whole business day to respond when you have 4 days to make revisions) when they have just chucked your whole original CV and survey responses into Chat GPT without any care . Customer support is non existent - they dont respond and there is no way of communicating with them other than through a small webchat menu. Would advise everyone to steer clear of this company. £100+ for something you couldve done yourself for free with better success is a scam. I will be charging back through my credit card company i would advise everyone with the same experience to do the same.

02 of March I purchased your service and for the price the service was way bellow my expectations. Aside from bad formatting and a lot of buzz words my CV had a lot of AI generated text resulting in terminology that is not in my field. The CV I got from both the two writers I had was way bellow my expectations associated with the cost, The quality of the work seems to me like random writers are just being outsourced with no qualifications and the skills to write and this made me loss confidence on the system or even to recommend to anyone else. Please assist with refund.

This company uses AI to write CV. They made up skills I do not have. Kept going back and forth amending a couple of drafts which was time consuming and frustrating. Trying to terminate this service so I can use a different competent CV writer . They are refusing to provide the refund. So approach this company with caution. Lesson learned. Don’t pay for anything upfront. It’s a scam and money grabbing

This is my first time to avail of a free CV review from TopCV and I must say, it blew me away! I really like the honest feedback provided. The points raised on how to improve my resume all made sense. These will really help me improve on how to write resumes in the future.

It is now 48hrs later than the agreed time I should of received my draft CV and still no response to my emails and no CV either! For the price I find this unacceptable and unprofessional, I would certainly not recommend.

They reviewed my CV via CV-Library. I trusted their report and contacted them, they rewrite my CV and I applied that CV on to my all profiles. When I tried to auto fill the application, that CV doesn't match or not aligned to forms. I contacted and tried to reach the via my profile and support line, but they never respond my requests. They promise double your interview in 60 days or money back, but I couldn't achieve that interview number and not even called someone else. I am still using same CV and no one calls me. Do not waste your time with this company. I can't believe how CV-Library can work with them!

They were very helpful in correcting mistakes that were in my CV. There should be someone, who will point you to the obvious mistakes you can't see because your eyes glaze over them - and here they are, ready to help.
