I was very disappointed after seeing great reviews. I had provided my 'old' CV - this was simply reorganised - and NOT improved. In my summary - the name of my degree was changed completely. My job role in quality control became a content creator ?? I asked for a certifications section to be included. This was 2 bullet points under the title (no dates etc) In fact the name of the certifications was differenet from that I provided. I expected the quality of the CV to be somewhat improved, however it was myself that implemented the changes.

The process was really easy and the writer was so good. I had lots of contact with the writer and this helped to create a great product. The only negative was cross selling which I found tedious.

Great professional service

Absolutely awful. Outsource all their work to third world countries who neither understand the UK job market or speak a very good standard of English. I've had multiple job roles removed from my CV simply to get it to fit on 2 pages. Add in NO CUSTOMER SUPPORT other than a chatbot that sleeps more than I do and my only redress is now with my credit card company.

DO NOT USE THEM! They advertise the CV is 'Professionally written - By experts that know your industry.' however the feedback I received from recruiters was that the content appears to be AI generated, I have checked in AI content detector software and indeed it confirmed the content of my CV and cover letter were AI generated. They mislead you into thinking your CV will be written by a professional human. After reaching out to support and asking for a refund I received a generic response denying they've used AI, but of course they would say that. Waste of money.

The resume was amazingly designed and was delivered to me before time. It mentioned all of my works and skills, and also the communication process was really smooth.

I’m really happy with the speed of the process and the communication throughout. However it has been a couple weeks and has yet to yield me any results. I have been frantically applying for jobs since being made redundant and have not had any increase in return since the new CV went out. If anything my rejections are happening more frequently. It’s still early, but the early signs are not good

I had my CV review and rewritten about two weeks ago now. Although at first sight the CV seems incredibly well written, the layout was exactly the same used in the CV I provided to them with the only difference that they changed the colour of the section titles. I realised today that the person who wrote my CV used a table in it. Even I, that I am not a professional CV writer, know that the automatic systems used to scan through CVs do not read tables. The service is definitely not worthy of the price you pay and they give you very little time for the CV revisions. One week is not enough to see if the CV is indeed effective or not (see my case).
