Absolute waste of time and money. It’ll be alright for someone who has a really poor CV and will need some serious assistance. However, someone with advanced knowledge and experience in the field will find it to be a waste of time. I went for the full package, CV cover letter, LinkedIn profile etc It is definitely AI Generated, and did not land me a single phone call, let alone interviews. So I had to redo it myself to land myself a role that I wanted. Overall, it was an absolute waste of money.

Hi, yes very satisfied, Ian did well arranging CV for me. Very impressed.

I chose the CV and Cover letter package. The service was really slow, I had to wait over a week for my first draft which turned out to be really weak and needed so much tweaking. I'm pretty sure it was AI generated as every change I asked for was taken literally and I had to specifically guide the changes. It didn't feel like the 'person' I was speaking to had any valuable experience in writing CVs. After doing a free webinar elsewhere I found out that my new CV wouldn't pass ATS as it had columns and different font styles and sizes. I pretty much re-wrote and re-formatted the documents I was given as I got tired of going back and forth and doing most of the hard work. A waste of money.

Nothing more better than to invest on yourself I find top CV are the perfect partner to assist and help reflecting and updating my CV to the best way possible with simple step by step professional update.

Absolutely awful. The CV doesn’t cover my key skills and it isn’t even written in correct English! It says I have experience in the Energy market I don’t! I haven’t even had one response from any company I’ve sent it to. Please save your money and use a company that will talk to you.

4 months later, after TopCV promised to respond to complete failure to provide anything close to a suitable CV, despite many follow ups over, and refusal to refund. Nothing still!! TopCV are dishonest and appear to be an organised scam, that clearly cannot be trusted.

Terrible company; do not waste your money. I paid for the top package and received non sensical waffle that was no better, if not worse, than AI generated content. LinkedIn profile was in-concise and amateur. Grammar mistakes throughout the CV. There is no way that the content they produced would help me secure an interview for a leadership role with a reputable company. I complained multiple times but they refused to offer even a partial refund. Their solution was to assign me to another writer who missed off sections of my employment history (i.e. a 9 month FTC in John Lewis proposition team because it was a 'red flag'). By this point I could no longer be bothered to waste any more time trying to get anything of any value out of this useless service.

I tried to cancel my order before i had used the service and they refused and told me it would cost another £50 to do so. Stay away corrupt company out to fleece people.
