To be honest I wasnt going to bother as I felt my own CV was ok but I was really impressed with the upgraded version . It was half the size but with understanding with the writer we covered even more relevant experiance and in amore precise way .

I don't know how they listed me as a beginner with only one year's experience and no management experience since I had clearly listed all relevant dates, qualifications, positions and HOD experiences. As for natural or artificial intelligence not understanding the location/s I am bereft of suggestion. For academic careers a cv with many bullet points can appear distracting. It's best to just provide spacing between 2-3 lines of position summaries with the institutes' names, locations, tenure periods and job descriptions.

The service provided is below average. They disregarded the instructions and all the feedback given. The initial CV had more depth and insight. They unnecessarily prolonged the introduction despite your request to keep it concise. They removed important information about the company's products and services, making the CV impersonal and disconnected from the industry you work in. Additionally, they included numerous repetitions in the content. The template they used is outdated and not in line with current trends. Despite asking for a refund, they continue to insist that they can deliver, even though it's evident that they cannot. Compared to my initial CV, theirs falls short. I had hoped they could optimize it, but it seems they lack the necessary skills. I would like a refund as this has been a waste of time and money. Furthermore, if you don't respond promptly to their draft, they close the file without any further communication.

Caution: I strongly advise against engaging with this company. Unfortunately, it appears to be involved in fraudulent activities. Your financial assets may be at risk. I encourage you to share this warning with others to prevent further harm.

Don’t be fooled - it’s just a confidence kick. You get the same answer as everyone else. Some of the advice they gave me isn’t even relevant. Don’t be fooled! “Sometimes looks do matter. In the case of your CV, it's especially true. I think your design is visually uneven. I'd like to see your document more polished, something more fitting of your experience level. Remember that your CV is your marketing tool. It's the first glimpse a potential employer has of you. That said, your use of bullets is great! They're really helpful at highlighting the best pieces of details while breaking up long sections of text. At the same time, you shouldn't have too many bullets that they make your CV difficult to read!”

I have signed up to their service to rewrite my CV but I was dissapointed with the CV they have written they decided not to highlight experience related to the job I was going for. I decided to cancel my request after I read the bad reviews and the poor CV they have written and they refused to refund me. Please avoid avoid.

I don't even know how they got access to my CV as I did not submit it for a review, but let's ignore that and move on to the review itself. Getting a "professional review of my CV' and telling me it's not good and needs a lot of "improvement" to get you to use their service, and I considered it for a second until I read the reviews. Almost everybody who has put a negative review has had the same review WORD FOR WORD.... don't use their service, they are messing with your confidence for their own sake.

I'm just writing this review because I think that it is a shame that you play with people confidence. A CV can always be improved and coming from Academia, I have worked hard in mine because I'm looking for jobs in a new sector. That's why I decided to use TopCV feedback service. However the answer I received was aweful,my CV scored 0 in ATS (the system couldn't even find my name), and it seemed that appart from the bullet points (but they were too many) and the career summary everything was wrong. It was so discouraging .The only solution was for me to use TopCV services. Well, no! I looked for the reviews of this company and the REAL ones are horrible, and I found other people receiving the same feedback almost word by word. I checked also the top skills that the system supposedly detected in my CV: I had scientific writing written all over by that wasn't detected. It detected chemistry instead? I don't have chemistry as a skill. So, NO, I DON'T RECOMMEND TOPCV SERVICES. Don't use people! Here I share part of the feedback just in case someone finds it useful. Please, don't feel bad if you received this from their "professional CV writers", it is AI generated. "The appearance is not polished, and aesthetics matter more at the relatively early stage of your career. I coudn’t be happier :) I’ve been for more than 6 months without a job, I’ve registered to more than 150 offers and nothing!! Decreasing font size and using bullets instead of paragraph does not make of you a Top CV writer. Having writers that do not understand your roles will not add value to any CV. I had two writers assigned to me in the last 15 days and each output is worse than the other. I request that I will be refunded immediately.
