TopCV is extremely unprofessional and constantly fails on basics standards of delivering good customer service. The CV writers assigned had to experience in writing good CV and failed to deliver a CV for the job description. They also refused to refund me money after they failed on delivering the service and kept emails me back and forth instead simply refund me the money after I already picked another device provider to fulfil the service

I paid £197 for an "Executive Priority CV Writing Package" that turned out to be nothing like what was advertised. As a result, I had to rewrite the CV myself. Late to reply, however, a new writer has been assigned.

I had the same CV for many years and thought it was time to update it. Having the professional, Sadia, made use of what I have and changed it in a way that I could not have done without their help. The CV is great albeit still to receive any job feedback from applications sent Cost wise though I do find it very very expensive for what you actually get , I'm no better off from my old CV but out of pocket which isn't great when out of work at the moment ....my own fault for falling weak and desperate I guess to tey help myself Personal opinion may I add

Waste of time and money. You will receive a poorly written CV with spelling mistakes and clearly AI generated statements. Do not waste a second or a penny on TopCV. You will not recieve a product better than your own original. They are highly unprofessional and will turn a blind eye once the funds reach them. Contacting support@topcv does not help either. You will recieve a list of their brochure answers that do not address the issue at hand. DO NOT DEAL WITH TOPCV.

The review of my CV was helpful, but it failed to note that I am looking for an accountant position. It seems to think I'm looking for a hotel desk clerk job simply because it is listed in the work history. I thought I made that clear enough in the personal statement that I am a newly graduated accounting student looking for an accountant position. Maybe it is not clear enough? Maybe I'm doing something wrong, but I don't see how I can "bolster" my bullets; One doesn't usually have any quantifiable achievements in these low-level, blue-collar jobs.
