Avoid using this company. CV advice should be given by people who have both extensive recruitment experience and deep exposure within your chosen industry/company; not general advice which can be seriously misleading. Unfortunately this service does not meet this criteria… I personally only came across this service after submitting my major applications, and getting through the companies respective CV screening stages. Given my acceptance it was clear that the CV 'ticked the boxes' for the respective hiring managers/industry as a whole. However, the feedback received after using the "TopCV" free review tool fully contradicted the views of the hiring managers (i.e. the people who actually matter at the end of the day). Getting advice from the wrong people can seriously hurt your job prospects and future. Therefore please be careful when using services such as these, and be sure to vet the people reviewing your CV carefully!

I have received an email from TopCv this afternoon after emailing them again twice today. They offered me only 15% of the £103 I have paid which I have of course refused and their only explanation was that is their refund policy. Their reply below is just to.make themselves look good and pretend to care about customers, in reality its all.a big Scam !!! so I.am taking the complaint further and will keep putting reviews about them in every social media platforms. PLEASE KEEP AWAY FROM TOPCV I have paid 108 GBP to have my CV re written. I waited for a week, then when I received it I was in complete shock ! It was a disaster.....it did not higlight my experiences and some of them where put in the wrong order. I immediately realise that thsi was done by AI. I contacted TopCV immediately and expressed my disapppointement and my concern. Daniel assured me that they will appoint another writer to rectify the issue and will send me a new draft within 40 hours. days passed and still have not heard from them. I have tried to called them today (19th feb) to ask for a refund. I had to call at least 5 times as the lines where so bad and I couldnt understand or hear what the person online was saying....... In the meantime I have missed few job opportunities as I dont have a cv to apply with. I am fuming by this SCAM !!!! and how companies like this one is allowed to opprate and adverstise their services.

DO NOT USE THEIR SERVICE!! Really poor customer service. My support was supposed to be provided until Dec 27. I've asked to be extended because clearly it would be difficult to review the work done between Christmas and new year. That was approved by the provider in writing. However, once I've reached out to ask for some changes, no more changes were possible. Apparently, the deadline (which was not provided) has been missed and I had to pay a supplement to make additional changes. I've paid £219 for the premium service and really I have to say it's NOT WORTH IT!!! The customer service take days to come back to you and with always the same corporate lines. VERY POOR, POOR SERVICE!

The CV was completely wrong, obviously done by AI and not checked. They didn't bother to check my CV and jobs I added. Phrases don't make sense and the flow of the paragraphs are so incorrect! I have asked to have the person changed as they obviously did not know anything about this type of role and it has been ignored. I have asked for a refund and have been completely ignored. AVOID

The process was efficient with the writer responding to suggested edits promptly. The real test will be if the covering letter & CV passes the 1st recruitment step. Fingers crossed.

I would give no stars if possible. Terrible service. AI generated CV full of typos and completely incorrect information. Said I was a PR when I’d never been one?! I was a Lifestyle Director and they had me down as a LIFECYCLE Director. I paid for the premium package annoyingly as the whole company is a scam. They are avoiding emails about a refund so am seeking further action to ensure I get my money back as the service is so diabolical.

Will tell you that you are a doer rather than an achiever no matter WHAT you upload. Don't be fooled by there CV review. They want your cash!
