Sent to wrong address refused refund told me that I had to go to the address that it was posted to I told them I will let PayPal sort it. My reply to your reply if as you say that I only left my post code when I purchased through PayPal for your system to allow this to happen must be very poor also if the courier only had the post code the courier company should have called the merchant who used the courier service not leave it with someone in the same area and not even the same post code your dispute is with your system and then the courier service not me. PayPal took my money from them and refunded me 😁😁😁

Had a quote for an upholstery cleaner to come & clean my quilted (bed) headboard & it was half the price of this machine- so I took a gamble & I'm so glad I did, it’s amazing!!! I bought the ‘bundle’ deal for £129.99 which came with three very large cleaning fluids that not only made it look brand new but smelt fresh & clean too… & there’s something very rewarding about emptying the container of dirty water that the machine has sucked out - need to get my sofas done now before my mum & besty borrow it - great bit of kit!!

The delivery was good especially as I messed up telling where to leave it. The product is good. However I found the instructions almost incomprehensible! The only clear picture was the one telling how to fit the brush. I still don't know what the black blobs with the cross over them mean.
