United Kingdom | 12 July 2024The only reason I’ve given 3 stars is because I haven’t used it yet. Also I bought it from BISSELL and got a £100 pound off. I’m pretty sure it said it came with a solution which I didn’t receive. Does look a nice machine though.

I used on a ran down rug and the Bissell Spot Cleaner has revived it and brought life back to a rug I was considering throwing away. Amazing and worth every penny!

They tried to deliver to address twice and instead of sending it to location near by for pick up, they sent it back to the company. Dpd asks us to get in touch with Bissell while Bissell asks to get in touch with Dpd. No idea how to proceed. would have been easier to buy on amazon instead!
