Ray, the engineer, arrived at the end of his working day and was upbeat and efficient. My washing machine was refusing to spin, first time in 8 years. Ray soon found the culprits, two collar stiffeners had gummed up the works! Ray explained everything as he extracted the vicious little brutes. I learnt a lot about my machine along the way. Thanks Ray! Top Job!! ;))

Arranged visit. Engineer did not turn up. Had phone call to say Engineer had run out of time. Rearranged a morning visit . Had phone call at 18:20 previous evening to say visit would be pm. Totally unprofessional and unreliable and cosultant very unhelpful
