I had a fault with my Samsung Fridge Freezer and called Glo tech to help with this. I had a visit from an engineer the next day who quickly diagnosed them problem and ordered the parts. A quick and prompt return visit with parts and the fridge freezer is better than ever. The engineer who attended my property was extremely helpful and polite and also very patient with my queries. He took the time to explain the issues and ultimately fixing the problem - better than it ever has been. Thank you Matthew for your visit. You were great - I will 100% be recommending you to others.

American style Fridge freezer broke. Problem was diagnosed quickly and part ordered. Shame the turn-around for the part took so long but that wasn’t their fault. Kept me informed at every stage. Even cleaned out the (nearly unreachable) bottom of the fridge.

Initial call out arranged promptly. Engineers turned up and diagnosed the problem, ordered the part and returned the next day to install. All working well now. Engineers very helpful and polite. Would use again.

We had our washing machine repaired the initial enquiry worked well and was easy to do, after arranging phone call to confirm, fast booking done for the next day. Engineer called before visit and arrived on time, really helpful chap explained what he was doing and work done to good standard, found cost was cheaper than expected and was good value for money. Overall a really good experience and would use the firm again

Last week we spent nearly £300 on repairs to a dishwasher (over £131 for initial callout + inspection, over £164 for the spare part + engineer's return visit). A day later the machine broke again. Glotech's first reaction was to tell us that subsequent callout charges are £65. Several unfulfilled promises to ring back to give us quotes for a replacement dishwasher. Finally spoke to a more sympathetic member of staff today, but it's too late - we've already bought a replacement elsewhere.

Rearrange my week and waited all day for the engineer on an all-day 8-5pm call out to see why my Bosh dishwasher is not draining properly. Just before 4pm the phone rang for a really short period and went to missed called. Called back the number and had to go through the whole menu of the company again. Finally talked to a representative (who was polite and apologetic), but said the engineer was running behind and won’t be coming at all. I won’t be able to reschedule for a good few days and I already had to wait a week to get a slot. It would have been polite to alert me earlier when this become apparent and maybe not over book the engineers. I am sorry to say I won’t be using this company again.

Sorry but not great. You came last Friday to fix a leaking washing machine. The guy was here all but 5/10 mins said it was the coming from the detergent compartment, charged me £92 for this part on top of the extortionate call out fee. Today another engineer came back to fit that part. Fitted it & turned it on and water still leaking. Said I probably wouldn’t have needed that part. He looked underneath and showed me a hole in the drum. The 1st engineer even didn’t look underneath. Turns out we need a new washing machine. Not particularly happy as I have taken 2 days off work and have a pile of wet tea towels that he used to mop up the water on the kitchen floor today (which I can’t wash ) Todays engineer was very apologetic, to be fair it wasn’t his fault that the 1st one didn’t check properly.He has taken the new part away and said I would get refunded for this part/said someone would be in touch this afternoon… no one called so I called them. Apparently I have to wait several days for this refund. Actually need to get a new machine. You didn’t take days to take the money, why should I have to wait several days for a refund??
