The engineers phoned on the way here to let me know arrival time. They found the fault and repaired quickly. And mopped the floor once they had finished. They were both very polite and friendly. I Would recommend.

Very easy and fast to get our repair booked in via the Glotech website. Scott quickly identified the problem with our Samsung washing machine and had the requisite new part to fix it. All sorted. Very pleased - would definitely use Glotech again

The engineer arrived when he said he would. He correctly diagnosed the problem and the broken part was ordered and installed within a few days. Washing machine now working perfectly again.

Unfortunately the engineer couldn’t fix our fridge and/or not cost effective to do so however the service and advice was great. Turned up on time and was very friendly and polite. He explained the issues in an easily understandable way and was helpful with recommendations on looking for a new fridge.

Efficient and quick to fix and repair once here. Very thorough. Thank you. Not so good booking system however - booked for Monday morning, got a call shortly after to explain the appointment wasn’t available and would do Tuesday morning. Then on the day (after calling) I was told it was going to be Tuesday afternoon after having waited in!
