I Booked an appointment for between12-5. They called me the day before to ask if they could come at 10 or 11 so I changed my plans. They didnt turn up until 1.30pm. They were here for around 12 minutes, told me my fridge was unfixable and still charged me £95. I felt like I was being robbed in my own house.

A really positive visit today, Kingston was really efficient at finding the fault, very thorough in checking all areas and gave us some good real world advice on use of the the appliances , Would recommend.

I had a broken hob. They ordered parts which didn't fix it so ordered more parts which didn't fix the problem either. I am now over £600 pounds in and still with a broken hob. I would never recommend this company ever.
