My washing machine was tripping my electrics and I called Glotech Repairs who sent an engineer promptly and he ordered the heating element then came back about 4 days later to fix my washing machine. To prevent this from happening use something like Calgon in your washing machine as the heating element gets covered by limescale. Friendly, efficient service, well recommended and appreciated

Despite providing the make and model number of our Microwave (twice) well in advance of the engineer visit, they obviously did nothing about checking parts availability. When the excellent engineer visited, he advised that all 4 of the parts required were no longer stocked and we would be best buying a new microwave. A quick check with their CDA parts supplier after I initially logged the call, would have revealed that spares were very limited and they could have advised us of this prior to the engineer's visit. I'm not happy at all with having to pay the full call out fee for something that couldn't be fixed, when with just a little foresight and investigation by Glotech, they could advised us of the possibility that purchasing a replacement was the best way forward. I would have happily paid for such advice.

Can't comment on quality of work as no-one showed up on the confirmed day. We were given the local engineer's details but no answer when calling and emailing.

I liked the way that I could book an appointment online and then when I did need to call, I never had to wait long to be through to someone. The engineer was very friendly, explained what was wrong and dealt with the problem efficiently.

the gentleman was very quick in fixing the problem with my Miele washing machine and offered to replace the machines siting.
