From my first phone call on Monday 3rd March, to the engineer calling today, Wednesday, the whole experience was professional. The questions asked on the original phone call were all relevant, the reminder message to confirm the callout, the engineer phoning to say he would be with us in about 30 minutes, his assessment of the problem, and his sourcing of a solution, all brilliant. Would recommend this company.

had my combi NEFF microwave / oven go bang and called out Glotech - they did an initial first visit - they diagnosed the issue / fixed the first part / ordered the parts and revisited fixed the 2nd part - all very quick / very professional and very recommended.

Engineer arrived earlier than expected which was good. Phoned 20 mins before hand to say he was on his way. Explained the washing machine spinning fault to him and that clothes were coming out sopping wet. He explained about the drum sensor and the imbalance effects stopping the spin cycle. Told us to rebalance the washing in the drum - ran a spin cycle - motor fine and drum rotating freely. Filter was clean and unblocked. Machine was draining as expected.

It’s just a very good service from beginning to end. Booking is straight forward and availability is good, usually a couple of days. Engineers are prompt and efficient and in the 3 times we’ve used them, diagnosis is spot on, well explained and they have sorted out the problems there and then. I would thoroughly recommend this Firm.

Very quick response time, came out the next day. Set fee for call out so I knew what I was paying, and I wasn't ripped off for parts. The engineer was chatty and knowledgeable and showed me what the problem was. Really great service, would definitely use them again.
