The job was outsourced to VES and following the visit I got no feedback on problem and cost. I called and was told it wasn't there responsibility and if I wanted the feedback I had paid for should call the outsourced supplier. Eventually VES texted back asking for my email. I sent it and got no response so followed up with call and was told the email wasn't in spite of the title being my name and the reason for the email. I asked to follow up and was simply sent an email saying it was my fault.

This is the second time Dean from Glotech has come to help us (different machine!) recently. And again he was lovely and quick in repairing our (washing) machine for us. Hopefully we won't need anything else fixed soon, but at least we know to expect nice, efficient and reliable engineers from the company.

George phoned 30 mins prior to arrival which was appreciated. I had requested, and paid for two appliances, however George had been given info on only one. He identified a problem with our microwave that we were unaware of (rusted interior) and advised owing to age, a replacement would be a more cost-effective option owing to an expensive parts. Gave advice on reducing limescale in washing machine affecting performance which did not require his attention. George was polite and knowledgeable with advice appreciated.

The engineers were very good, friendly and professional. The first diagnosed the issue, and the second came a few days later with replacement parts, which were installed quickly and with no fuss. I was impressed that he didn't mind me asking questions!

George was a fountain of knowledge, and incredibly helpful. He knew straight away what the issue was and fixed our dishwasher within minutes. This is also one of the cheaper companies for appliance repairs so I am very happy with the service. I would definitely use again if I needed to.
