After defrost fan restarted!

He had the required spare part and completed the job quickly and was neat and tidy. Would definitely use again.

United Kingdom | 26 February 2025Positive comment: Glo-tech has efficient systems on the phone, and a good approach to customer care. Good availability to book. Context: an error had occured with the original booking, which I only discovered by ringing Glo-tech on the day. Feedback: It would have been helpful to have a text message saying the booking was incomplete, with the job ref no: included; to both landlord and tenant. Positive: It was appreciated being able to rebook in a timely way. Feedback: splitting the day into two or three parts would probably help customers. Maybe explaining appointments don’t fall into set amounts of time to set expectations well. Possibly add there can be a 1.5hour extra wait on each section of day. Or something else that is workable for engineers and customers that is clear and minimises stress. A 10hour period of time to wait is quite a while! Positive comment: The engineer was professional, and explained what was happening and answered questions. Was respectful in my home. Outcome of appointment: It’s great that the machine was thoroughly checked. But the concern about the F13 error message, which was the reason for the appointment, occurred on the first wash. And felt a bit predictable. So now my clothes are stuck in there with the F13 error showing. I was told this could potentially happen after the appointment. But I guess the hope from a customer perspective is that the machine is in working order after clearing the day to wait. I didn’t book so I don’t know what expectations were set at booking. But on the form I received in my e:mail. It seemed the engineer would turn up with a part that would fix the machine. Hope the feedback helps develop the company. Being able to fix machines supports positive impact for climate change. This is why I’ve taken the time to reply in detail.
