Great delivery nice flowers thanks

I was able to choose and order a bouquet in London for delivery in Chicago the same day, complete with my message. Ode a la Rose kept me informed throughout, including sending photos of the bouquet and of the package in its delivery location. I'd say the process is expensive but scores top marks for reliability and peace of mind.

I am impressed & very happy with Ode a la Rose. First the selection of flowers online was artistic with a large variety of choices. Not ordinary arrangements at all. It was easy to order. They notified me when the flowers shipped & sent a picture of delivery so it was very calming to know the order was in good hands. It was delivered in the time frame requested. My daughter’s apartment is in the city & deliveries can be tough. My daughter absolutely loved her birthday bouquet. It was as beautiful as the online picture. My other daughter said it was the nicest bouquet she had ever seen. Thank you for the quality! I will definitely be a repeat customer since floral design was artistic and service professional. Very helpful and beautiful flowers

Overpriced, and poor delivery. The flowers were wrapped to tightly causing the outside layer to be deformed and arrived upside down with the vase pressing the flowers into the box. It’s sad because they could have been beautiful, but were mildly ruined. They also only a few days in water (with nutrients that were not supplied with the flowers).

Fast delivery and recipient really loved the flowers. Did not ever get a confirmation of the order or a photo as it said when the order was placed and i called and chatted with customer service. Only received a confirmation of delivery and an rmail with the chats

My ordered flower bouquet wasn’t at its best shape as it’s pictured on the page but the matter was quickly resolved upon addressing to the business. Thank you for your service.
