WHAT A SHAMBOLIC experience with Road Buddy. The operator initially was very professional and helpful. Me my wife and young child broke down on the Motorway and made it safely to a petrol station. Agreed price to be towed back home, asked how many passengers we were (3) address to be taken to, Reg Plate etc and was sent a confirmation message to check and confirm details. Secure link to payment was sent and deposit was sent. Recovery time was estimated at 20 mins. After 20 mins to my amazement a tow truck appeared looking worst wear and with only 2 passenger seats arrived, had confirmed 3 passengers and have a message with all the details. They obviously sub contract local operators and then the back tracking and moving the goal posts begin. We only tow the car not the passengers! You didn’t tell me there was passengers! The driver could have taken the car to your address and you pay for a cab! The driver would left the key next to the car! Our tow trucks only have 2 seats! I can send out a bigger truck but it’s more money! and it still carries on …. Didn’t want to refund all the deposit and keep £60 for the call out. Original price quoted was £375. I have photos and screenshots of all correspondence. Please stay away from this company. I find this is illegal. Do not use this company

Did a great job, my cars tyres were replaced and i was back on the road 1 hour and 15 minutes after i first called them. Great stuff! Fast, polite and professional.
