I popped my tyre and was happy with the quote and how quick they could come out especially as I’d asked for my lunch break time and they did it . Very friendly and very quick

Absolute shower of pirates, they where over an hour late for a pre booked appointment and turn up with a 20 year old car towing a trailer way to small to fit our vehicle on then left us absolutely stranded, they won’t refund the deposit, total pirates avoid like the plague. Car was not modified as stated in reply, also the driver was blatantly ignoring my multiple calls when he was supposedly getting a larger trailer. Cowboys!

This company is just amazing and the price was really reasonable considering the emergency call out on a Sunday! I got a puncture just outside Reading whilst on the way to visit my elderly mother who has recently been in hospital. She was in tears when she thought I wasn’t going to be able to make it. I found Road Buddy through Google and called in desperation. I am so pleased I did. Abdul who answered the phone was just amazing. He shuffled an appointment around with another customer’s agreement and got me a slot with Nick who called me 10 minutes later, collected the new tire from the depot and arrived with the new tire about 30 mins after that. Thanks to Abdul and Nick from Road Buddy I got to my mother’s for lunch. I am so grateful and so impressed!

I called them last thursday, and they quoted me £400. I hung up the call, but then a guy contacted me on WhatsApp from a Pakistani number and offered to do it for £200 if I paid into his personal account. I accepted the offer, but when the driver arrived, he demanded an additional £50 and threatened that he wouldn't unload my car otherwise.

I highly recommend this company!!! They pick up the phone , late evening, straight away , and half an hour later, the job was done!!! Exellent service !!!

I was given an estimate of 30-45 minutes- Jerry came in 15 and had the problem sorted within 5 minutes and gave me advice without being belittling like a lot of mechanics can be when talking to women. Absolutely will be using these guys again if I ever get into trouble again!

I called three times,they said they’d be in touch soon, (website states that costumers would receive a quote in 30 min) they didn’t. Last time I called they suggested writing on WhatsApp which I did but never got a response.
