This was honestly first class service! I was stranded with what I thought was a broken clutch. Jerry not only came out within 20 mins, he was so nice, calmed me down and tired to fix the problem. He didn't have the part needed but towed me to the garage and explained to the mechanic what had happened. I cannot thank Jerry enough. What a lovely man. Would definitely use him again!!

Went for a stupid overtake and busted my tyre. Googled 24hr road recovery and these guys came up first, spoke to them and he guided me through everything, really quick and efficient, Wasn’t cheap but hey, I was on the road driving again within the hour, plus they sent me a tracking link to view my drivers progress Jaffy was the guy who helped me, he might remember me so ask for him and say you read this, he’ll help you out

Hassan arrived on time, did a good job and I'm happy with the service, needed an emergency roadside new tyre from someone local. Road buddy had my tyre in stock and someone available within 90 minutes but arrived earlier than expected. Bit expensive but no complaints will use again in an emergency if required.

Really useful service when we had a blowout and our car only has a canister which only got us to a service station late at night.

I called this company on Saturday 13th and someone promptly arrived. The chap was nice but couldn't jump start my car. I had doubts about the chap but decided to take his word for it and thought because the car was old maybe the battery needed changing. I walked away stressing as I would now have to have my car towed to a local garage as it needed a new battery. Today I called the recovery people to come and collect the car so they could take it to a garage. The removal company wanted to try and jump start the car before any removal took place. As soon as they connected the battery charger lo and behold the alarm started blaring and my car was back up and running. I contacted Road Buddy today to tell them about this and that I had paid them for nothing and asked for my money back. I told them another company had jump started my car today and that it made no sense that they could not get it started 2 days prior. Roadbuddy has since refused to give me my money back. I would advise people not to use RoadBuddy as you might pay £90 for a call out and even then they might fail to jump start your car. Just some advice Roadbuddy, maybe get a proper industrial car jump starter and not something you bought on Amazon.

Then escort you to the nearest cash point for payment. Definitely don't do it. I was in the mire and had an immensely bad day. Can't give a 0 star. Save your cash and avoid

We are company doing a delivery, we had a puncture on a tyre (spare on board) but had no socket to change it. At 6:36 i reported the breakdown reported, along with the payment being made. Advised the 27mm socket size was needed three times (over their whatsapp communication). They even called my driver on site at that van and he advised 27mm - advised ETA of 30 mins, however turned up at 08:05 and guess what NO 27MM socket. He had to go and get one and come back - finally resolved at 10:42. WORST SERVICE EVER RECIEVED. only care about taking your money and not how the job went. No care at all. Definitely do not recommend and would next time chose someone else. Offered no discount, although their incompetence caused more delayed time.

Good experience, He gave me a window of 60mins, but the driver arrived within 2 hours but did personally call me with an update which was appreciated.

So I ended up phoning Road Buddy and Jerry was extremely helpful in sorting me out .They had someone with me within the hour although they had a fair distance to come. The serviceman was vey friendly and efficient and had me back on the road in no time . I would have no hesitation in recommending this company..

This is simply a company that phones around to others to perform the work to change tires. They can’t guarantee quality of work. In my case I paid for fitting a new tire and was ripped off by the guy that came - he refitted a damaged tire. Neither the fitter nor Road Buddy responded to my request for performing the work as agreed nor for a refund. AVOID

Really good service, got to me within their ETA time. Tyre fitter was knowledgeable and efficient. I would use their services again.
