Would give a minus rating if possible. Paid over £300 for a tire replacement and 1/3 of that price is for them to contact a huge groupchat of mechanics which they decide if they want to help you. You are better off contacting local garages or social media pages. No fault to the mechanic, he was lovely and great service. But in other words, SCAM & AVOID!!!!!

Would put minus 5 but not available, for call center team for recovery service. Extremely poor contack, call service. No clarity, no confirmation, they not able to get the location even with provided 3 word location indentification by police officers. Several call received with confirmation that recovery will be in 30min, where after 1 hour recovery driver call and tells that he will not do this job, then after 1 hour call back and tells he will be in 30min. Then I did need to direckt driver where to come. Just total caotick night mear. Only one very good and quick job call team did its colleckted deposit payment. There they was very clear and quick. In the end the recovery pearson was not able to provide the service, as he was not able to get my car on the recovery vehicle. Where other company did it in 5 min with absolutely same equipment. Now I am trying to get my deposit refund confirmation for uncompleted service and geting push away eatch time by the call center, as some one will call me back, and nobody do. The way call center team speak is realy poor. So yes when people are in alredy not pleasant situation as car got broken down, this expearince with this company was just something out of order totaly. Would not recomend at all.

Only 1 star because 0 is not an option! Really disappointed with the service & communication last night. Arranged for a new tyre to be fitted to daughter's car. Paid deposit at 6pm and told 40 minutes someone would be there. 70 minutes later no sign and I called to be informed there had been an issue with a van and would have to wait a further 40 minutes. Guess what, 60 minutes later I was then informed that it would be a further 90minutes taking it to nearly 4hrs my daughter was waiting, alone at a services.

Very fast and speedy service!! , quote done in minutes and tyre fitting in the next half hour! Recommend using these to anyone!!

I had a tyre pop on a pothole. So I messaged for a new Tyre & someone to fit, in minutes I was contacted for more information and within two hours someone had been out and replaced my Tyre. Was a little expensive but for a Sunday call out I wouldn’t expect any less. Will use again if the need arises.

If would be possible I didn’t give any star ! I talked with guy on the phone , he asked we talk by WhatsApp , there he asked information about collect and delivery the car and make to deposit £55 , then another part the money pay in cash to the driver when collected my car I did also all the information about place to collect the car , around 4am someone from the same company another phone number asked I do the payment by transfer or cash ( the another guy said I give the driver just in cash when collect the car ) . Another day they suppouse to collect my car at 10am I was there nobody came I called them the guy asked for address again , said the drive was there , I was there nobody came . The guy the another phone number I paid said the driver was there and called , it is a lie . The guy sent message 4am , said it wasn’t him sent this message . Anyways they STOLEN £55 from me . They said the drive was there and called me . I wasn’t happened . BE CARE WITH THIS COMPANY .

The initial service was ok and i paid for my tyres to be swapped over to new wheels. The process involced paying for them to be balanced. The car developed a vibration and i took the car bak to be checked. Their equipment said they were fine. I had them checked out at a national garagae and the rear wheels were both out of balance. I contacted them to ask for a refund given i had paid for the balancing- all equipment is diferent - Sorry no- if wheels are not balanced they should have been picked up- Poor customer service feedback-

Absolute first class service. I spoke to Jerry after getting a flat tyre in the M6, he was so helpful, the AA recovered me to a service station and Jerry organised a fitter to meet me straight away. Thanks to Ben the fitter also for changing my tyre so quick. Excellent service and I highly recommend this company - thanks so much for getting me back on the read at such a late hour. - so happy with what you all did for me that night.

Appalling company-do not use.Whilst on the motorway, a warning light came on my car (A red "STOP"). I pulled into a service station and called Road Buddy. I paid £50 deposit before they came out. When the mechanic arrived, he spent since time on a device plugged into the car looking up the error code. He told me the issue was probably the spark plug. I asked if he'd checked the oil; he said the oil was fine and it was probably the spark plug that was the issue. He said the car was fine to drive on. The next day I took the car to a garage and they told me almost immediately there was no oil in the car and I was lucky the engine hadn't been permanently damaged. Since oil was put in and the car serviced by the garage, the car has been fine. I rang Road Buddy to complain but they refused to take any responsibility. Like the garage, I am shocked that a trained "mechanic" could not diagnose a lack of oil in a car and left me and my children driving in a potentially dangerous car. So bad Trading Standards are now involved.

Helpful & efficient service. Driving through London, 22.30 on wet, dark December night, drove through pothole bursting 2 tyres. One phone call and a couple of WhatsApp messages & everything was arranged. Surprisingly, the cost of tyres was cheaper than previously paid. Definitely recommend this company. Have since taken car in for tracking. No issues found with fitting.

Flat tyre in Isle of Skye on a holiday day. Far away from any other service operating. RoadBuddy came and did the job very efficiently. 5/5.

Came out to change two flat tires and did the job pretty quick. I went back into a tyre garage three days later for a slow puncture only to find one of the rear wheels which Road Buddy fixed was literally about to fall off!! The tyre mechanic said it was the worst case he'd ever seen. By the grace of God I had that slow puncture. When i phoned up to complain they said if it was our fault the wheel would've fallen off. Use at your peril, time will be the judge. I have three statements from the garage should you want to argue.

My car wouldn’t start this morning, so called Road Buddy and someone was with me in less than 30 mins. Job was done in less than 5. Super pleased.

Great and very responsive service. We wasn’t left in the cold for long. The mechanic arrived and sorted out our issue within minutes. Will definitely recommend and have their number saved.

Massive shout out to Road Buddy, my son had a tyre pop after hitting a pot hole travelling through Tamworth on his way to Banbury last night They looked after him and got him back on the road really quickly, all communication was on the phone and via WhatsApp which was really responsive and payment was easy to arrange , took the stress out of things for me as I couldn't get to him to help thanks again would 💯 recommend.

A puncture at the side of the road with no spare. AA attended and called this company to assist. Arrived within the hour and tyre changed by very helpful chap. No issues.. not cheap but when you're in trouble cost goes out of the window
