Was stuck with a blow out on a busy bypass, dark night and lone female. Jerry sorted out a fitter quickly and kept me informed. Fitter was also efficient. My only gripe is that it was a very expensive process which rather took advantage of people being in a ‘pickle’.

Horrendous company. Driver held me to ransom and wouldn’t drop my car at the garage,unless I gave him cash,after I’d agreed it was a credit card payment. The company didn’t help and sort anything out. Stay away! I wasn’t refusing to pay,I just didn’t have the cash to pay.I needed to put the balance on my credit card. It wouldn’t have mattered stopping at a cash machine.You should be more clear about payment. If a deposit can be paid by credit card,why can the balance not be! Your drivers should be prepared. The driver was a disgrace.He was rude,didn’t answer me when I asked him something about the car&was shouting at me about the payment.He literally held my car for ransom for nearly 2hrs while I had to get someone to transfer money to me to help me out,this was totally unacceptable. I had worked through the night,had been up for 36hrs and yourself and the driver made the latter part of my day hell. Horrendous experience.

Fast response and the guy fitting the tyre was polite and friendly and did a great job , highly recommended also spoke to Jerry on the phone to book the job , also very friendly and professional

Had a flat battery and needed a jumpstart. Isram from Road Buddy was professional and helped me with this. Service was pretty quick, with someone coming over within 40 minutes. They managed to jumpstart my car in about 10 minutes. Only negative is that the service is a bit expensive (I paid nearly £100) in my opinion.

Can't thank enough Jaffy and his co workers for helping me last night, tire blown and stranded on motorway with pregnant wife inside the car as well, very professional service from the lads, quick and efficient

Mohammed was the fitter who came to my house and he was pleasant, polite and efficient. He did a very good job. It was a Friday evening and the response time from my initial call to him arriving was under an hour and a half. Very good !

When I discovered that I had a nail in my tyre I googled 24hr Mobile Tyre Change Service and Road Buddy was the second option that came up. The first one said that I was not in their radius. Road buddy gave me a quote and as it was cheaper than another company I used a few years ago I accepted it. I gave them the tyre size and had to pay a deposit fee. I was informed that someone would be with me in 90 minutes. 20 minutes after my phone call to Road Buddy Yusuf called me to say that he was on his way and would be with me by 8:30pm. Yusuf arrived at 8:30pm on the dot and within 20 minutes (I timed it) he was finished. I was very surprised at how quickly the tyre was changed. Thanks to Yusuf I was happy to be back on the road again and able to get home within a reasonable time. Yusuf told me that if a person is within travelling distance of 90 minutes Road Buddy will assist. Although I have read the bad reviews, I have saved their number so that if something unfortunate happens to me whilst I am in London I will call them again.
