I am very pleased with the service that Irsam provided. I needed a mobile tire change as soon as possible on a Sunday morning, and he responded right away, just as his advertisement promised. He was patient, prompt, and effectively solved my problem. I would also like to mention the driver who changed the tire; he was professional and completed the job in no time. Hospital 5 star Service Had a flat tyre while my partner was in A&E, road buddy was understanding of my situation. Gave me a great price for the new tyre & fitting whilst in a tight spot of the hospital car park. they arrived within 1 hour. great service. no hassle and the fitter was a great guy. would definetly reuse and recommend these guys!

Fantastic service hade a blow out on the A55 on the way back from Christmas shopping and me being a girl alone in the dark on a busy A55 literally crapped myself I'm so glad i found road buddy online spoke to a guy called Jerry i was panicking coz i didn't even know where i was on the A55 and how i was going to explain where i was i was in literally panic mode but then Jerry told me to send my location on what's app and i was so glad i didn't have to explain where i was Jerry was so ever so helpful and nice and sent a guy called enea out to fix my tyre enea was so polite and friendly i felt so at eased with him i hade a right laugh with him with my cherry air freshener i was back on the road to north wales within an hour thank you so much Jerry and enea I've also saved the number because i will definitely be phoning you if anything happens again thank you so much. Would definitely recommend.

At 5.15am the only person who answered my call. Sania sent a tyre mechanic and we were back on re the road 2hrs later. Excellent service

Really cannot fault Jerry from Road Buddy. Had two flat tyres at 6.15pm and started stressing about how I would get to work next morning and do school run. From initial call at 6.30 all sorted by 8.15. Friendly guys came and removed all stress. This is a number I will save in my phone for the future.

My car battery had gone flat and I needed someone to help jumpstart it as soon as possible. I contacted this company, who guaranteed that they would get someone to me within 45 minutes and quoted me a price of £90. They required me to pay a holding deposit of £40 and pay the rest after the job is done. Their time guarantee is what made me choose them because I had some urgent business soon that I needed a car for. 50 minutes later, I get a call from the serviceman saying he JUST got informed of the job and would take another 20 minutes to get here. Also that his price was not £50 but £60. Not only does this company not keep to its time schedule they also lie about the cost of the job. After contacting the serviceman directly it is clear they are just a middle man who skims nearly half the payment for themselves. When I tried calling them about this they refused to pick up my calls each time. Do not use this company, they have very shady services and are merely a middleman taking a huge chunk of money. Try to contact the servicemen separately. First time writing a review but I was disgusted by their practices of both lying about the time and cost of the job.

Scam Alert ‼️ Called with a flat tyre, asked for a deposit of £140 which I paid, they claimed at the time they couldn’t see my payment, as it was showing as pending and asked for a second deposit again for £140, caught over a ‘barrel’ we paid, and were assured at the time our first deposit would be refunded once it cleared. This has now been resolved, unfortunately it took 1 star reviews and 13 days from initial payment to eventually being reimbursed

Stranded late at night after hitting a badger. Called my breakdown service who told me I would have to wait 2 hours and pay almost a grand. Rang Road Buddy. So amazingly helpful. Got us help within the hour and towed us home. Huge thanks to Asad for his calm reassurance on the phone and to Jack for the efficient friendly tow home. Would definitely recommend.

They scammed me for £500 pounds. I was quoted £1350 to tow my car/caravan and they took £500 deposit before they had a driver, then say you will not get it back if you make other arrangements. I sat at the roadside for 12 hours (with multiple drivers asking for further money to collect me) till a driver finally got there. They charged £1250 at collection and £170 at drop off and told me my deposit would be refunded, this never happened. As all is spoken and not in writing the banks would not uphold due to lack of evidence. While at the roadside fraud was attempted on my card and HSBC cancelled my card because of this. They said if I could prove my payments by sending a screenshot of the statement they would refund but I didn't want to send a statement due to the card being cancelled and possibility of further fraud. why he couldn't check his drivers payments (as it would prove my payment) I don't know. I know they will have a comeback to blame this on me but I just want to help others be vigilant when using this company. Edit - Reply: As I said I knew he would try turn it. You only tried to contact me after the banks were involved by whatsapp! the estimated arrival time was 6pm, I was collected at 12. The driver can't have proof as I paid as I described. The fraud was not on my part. Again please be wary of this company. Edit- please review the pictures on the google review as it has my evidence. All that he has said is wrong.
