I have had other mandolins however find the alligator stainless steel to be the best . So far I have made French fries , chopped onions and red bell peppers. It’s sturdy, safe and easily cleaned: I wash it be hand. I highly recommend the alligator stainless steel!

It is an excellent product, I am very satisfied with it. the protective net was deformed after putting it by mistake on my stove. I liked finding this spare part and in a set of three better. It is a resistant and well-made product, I think it will last me a long time. Thank you

Love My Alligator! Delivery is very quick!

It works really well and chops much better than anything else, but after approx 2 years of use it has had a couple of parts break all at once.

I received very rapid, helpful and friendly assistance as I was trying to identify the correct spare parts which I wished to buy for our older Alligator (without a model number). Once I had ordered, the parts were delivered quickly as well.

I had high hopes for this high-end version of the Alligator Chopper. It's beautiful, heavy-duty, and looks as if it were engineered for serious cooks. However, upon using it for the first time yesterday to cut up a red onion, its serious design flaws were infuriatingly obvious. Because it is stainless steel, it is very heavy, making it difficult to maneuver and empty. The collecting bin is on top of the cutting blades so, in order to actually remove the cut up food you have to turn it upside down. This is not easy with a unit that is so heavy. And, the collecting bin disconnects too easily - which I found out when tiny bits of onion wound up sprayed all over my kitchen floor - a VERY bad thing given that my dogs are always in the kitchen, and that onions are poisonous to dogs. And, because no cleaning tool was included to clean the cutting blades, I had to use my fingers to dislodge the onions left in the cutting grid. I paid a lot of money for this top-of-the-line "upgrade" and I am sad to say that I deeply regret it now. I am a huge fan of Swedish kitchen gear (I own an Ankarsrum mixer which I love entirely too much) but, this one was an overpriced mistake.

The alligator itself is great. We are replacing one we bought from Home Hardware when it used to be Kuraidori Alligator chopper over 10 years ago. It did take quite a while for the item to be delivered and a duty charge I wasn’t expecting, but the item itself is exactly as expected and just as great quality as our old one.

Great product! I use it almost daily and love the simplicity and effectiveness of it. Terrific for making Pico de Gallo, perfectly chopped vegetables for soups and salads. It is so easy to clean and store. I have become a Foody and place most of the credit for my creative dishes with the Alligator Chopper!
