I ordered the wrong size, needed 1/2 inch blade ordered 9 mm should have been 12mm. Mathias was good enough to ship me the right size and I pay half the shipping which was very generous of him. I tried a cheaper brand not worth it, they just don't compare.

Good communication and over and above customer service. Advised of a delay to the shipment with an apology and a free gift to compensate. Product actually arrived the day I expected it.

I love my alligators and when I need a replacement, delivery is quick and easy to order. There is not a thing bad to say about alligator.

Your product preforms very well. Better than any of the plastic choppers that I have. How ever the ledge that holds the plastic receiver is insufficient and brakes off as I am sure you know. You can fix that on new models.

There's nothing like it on the market. Terrific little machine. We use it almost entirely to mince garlic (we use a lot of garlic).

A wonderful high-end tool for my kitchen. Comfortable, sharp, and easy to maintain. Although it is quite expensive, I am very satisfied and recommend it to those who enjoy the cooking process.
