The Alligator Chopper will save you so much time preparing your meals. You won't believe how easy it is to use until you try it yourself. I don't think I will actually put it in the dishwasher, as it seems a certainty that the blades would eventually dull. But it is not difficult to clean due to its clever modular design. The product is made with extremely high quality components. For us you can't have enough kitchen storage. We were reluctant to buy a chopper because it would further clutter the cabinets in our kitchen. But we figured we would find somewhere to store it. Not necessary. The Alligator chopper looks fantastic right beside the cook top near the butcher block of knives. I'm sure it will look great in your kitchen too. This is the first thing I have purchased from Sweden. It came in one week, no charge for shipping and I was able to track it better than items sent domestically.

Köpte först ett set i plast men då jag såg hur bra dom var så köpte jag dom i rostfritt också. Kvalitén är otroligt bra och dom gör att jag känner mig som en superkock i köket. Redan innan tyckte jag om att laga mat, men efter att ha köpt Alligator hackare så lyfte matlagningsintresset ytterligare i nivå. Köp! Ni ångrar er absolut inte.

Excellent Product! Dices food into even sized pieces. Only negative is that the container which holds the diced food comes off too easily while using.

I originally discovered Alligator when looking for a vegetable chopper/diced on Amazon. I liked the design and fact it was made in Sweden. I ordered it and now use it constantly. I found the slicer on Alligator’s website. I was a little concerned over ordering from Europe (I am in the United States) I did order the slicer and I did have a problem with delivery. That certainly was not Alligator’s fault. Because of the long delay they actually refunded my money. (Note that the slicer is now available on Amazon) Now that I have it, I am really impressed by the quality of the design. I have used it primarily with apples. I do have to trim the apples to fit the cutting area. It is very safe to use and easy to clean. I have not tried it on hard produce like potatoes. Personally I will limit it to softer produce. I love my Alligator. I use it everyday since I eat a lot of vegetables. Thank you for a sturdy reliable appliance.

Service itself was perfect. The product is not comfortable or easy to use. It requires a lot of strength to process vegetables, also to clean it is difficult and takes time. Would not purchase again.
