The delivery was perfect. The Problem are the customs costs to import in Switzerland. I had to pay CHF 48.00.

Alligator chopper best on the market, Use it all the time

We love our Alligators both the full size stainless steel and the mini. These precision machines make food preparation a cinch and add a bit of style to our kitchen at the same time. The sharpness of the blades make it easy for my wife to chop up most anything with ease. Having arthritis in her hands, this is particularly important. The Stainless Steel Alligator is something I use almost daily for chopping onions, celery, tomatoes, potatoes, etc. It's easy to use, easy to set up, and mostly easy to clean. On occasion I use a paper clip to remove stubborn particles. I like the speed and consistency. Uniform chopped vegetables cook more evenly. Appetizer carrot sticks and uniform baked French fries are easy to make. Chopped carrots or peppers quickly add to salads. I gave one to a relative and they were so happy they gifted one to another relative. I needed to replace a missing rubber foot and found it simple to buy replacement rubber parts. Would recommend this to anyone.

Alligator of Sweden is an awesome company whose customer service is out of this world. I needed a replacement part replaced, I filled out the information and I got an e-mail back instantly from their end, they replaced the part no problem and shipped it out the next day, being the weekend as well, I was quite impressed. A++++, we need more services like this! God Bless this company.

Amazing product!!! Had one for a long time and the blades had gone pretty dull and it was so nice to get a new one and it cut through everything!!!
