The experience was almost great. I was sent the wrong color at first. Took a couple days but they sent me out the correct color free of charge and didn't ask for me to send the other one back. I'm going to gift it to someone. The product itself is wonderful. Love it! I think it works better then other versions because the grates are on top and pushing downwards. I am enjoying making Pico de gayo so much easier now.

Website just works - once you get orientated about the range of spares if is simple and clear what’s on offer.

The device is indispensable in the kitchen, only the spare parts are a bit expensive :(

We have the stainless steel alligator and have had 2 legs break off. We were taping the collection box onto the base, because all the tabs broke off. I finally bought a new collection box. I noticed a tab broke off and I have only used it 2 times. If the collection box would stay in the chopper.... we would love it.

The compnay had what I was looking for and I received it quickly.

2 tools ordered, Items never received, never got any response on mails, very disappointed… * 1 Mail sent: 27/9 to infoxalligators.se, no response *2 Mail sent: 24/10 to matthiasxalligators.se , no response *3: Contacted deutshe post via online contact form, no response *4: Never received a letter or note stating no one was at home at time at delivery (while this is a shop only closed on Mondays), if they would retry to deliver or if the goods could be picked up at the collection point. Something clearly went wrong and that can happen but why no one responded or try to fix this?
