Excellent product. High quality and easy to use whether left or right handed. The blades are nice and sharp and the collecting box is a good size. Cleaning isn’t a problem, although I’ve only washed the device by hand to date so I don’t know how it would fare in the dishwasher. I was a little sceptical if we would use it much, but we really do as it saves so much time when preparing meals - not being very handy with a knife anymore.

I used this Chopper constantly for several years, it has a strong, reliable design, and is very convenient for salads and autumn preparations, I highly recommend

You let the product down by giving it a poor collection container. A stainless steel one would be much better and last longer. Our only lasted two days.

I find the alligator very useful easy to use. It is easy to change blades and clean. Whatever I chp comes out very uniform. It is also helpful since my hands get stiff chopping just with an knife. I truly recommend the Alligator.

Easy to use when ordering and efficient communication re delivery status

This is the 2nd time I have purchased Alligator products. The first was the new chopper (with the larger plastic box on top). I immediately loved using it so much, I went and ordered extra replacement blades, pushers, plastic box, and even replacement rubber feet for my chopper. I also discovered Alligator offers a different blade size, in between the 1/4 inch and 1/2 inch size that came originally with the chopper, (which would be close to 3/8 inch chopping holes here in the states). Of course I bought that and it's perfect for some of my chopping tasks. I use my chopper almost every day- I am a vegetarian, and even though my husband is not- with this chopper I am able to chop and make interesting vegetable dishes he enjoys and will actually eat! Everything arrived faster from Sweden to the USA than I expected both times and everything was packed well, so no damages in shipping. Yes, the blades are super sharp- (isn't that what you want in a chopper?) CAUTION is absolutely necessary. But that said- I find the process of blade removal to change or wash is easy enough, and usually a rinse with the sink's faucet sprayer will finish the cleaning of the blades and pusher and then they are all air dried. A wooden skewer can help with any fussy bits like stray celery threads, although the plastic mesh thing (that sits into the rubber pusher), when lifted off of it, pulls almost every bit of smooshed/stray food out of the pusher (genius!) and can get rinsed off easily and put back on the pusher for the next round immediately. Do NOT forget to put that mesh square into the pusher before you start chopping (it only fits one way-so don't force it). Removing the plastic box holding the chopped veggies can be a tiny bit tricky- but I have found my own way to do it that works good for me- you'll have to find your own way as well. Don't be afraid to give it a good downward whack with a closed fist, on the chopper when going thru carrots etc. My hubby gave me a piece of thick washable rubber that I put over the whacking spot when needed- saves my hand. And whacking thru carrots/beets etc. doesn't seem to have any affect on the chopper or it's blades- so slam away. All in all- it's a chopper I have been looking for for most of my 73 years. I thought, (especially as my hands got older), I would be relegated to using my food processor, or my stand mixer's attachment to chop my veggies- but I was totally dissatisfied with the size and inconsistency of how they chopped. Now that I have found the Alligator chopper, I am a happy cook again!

I can not articulate how much I love this machine I use it every single day the only improvement I would like is a stainless steel collector the plastic one breaks too easily

The cutting area with 3 mm holes is too small and enables cutting of only a small volume of garlic. A larger area would be more useful.

Actually DHL has dropped the ball for you on this one. Ordered 3-Aug and still has not been received (23-Aug). Looks like it left Frankfurt 16-Aug, and that is the last DHL update. I really like your product, your shipper has been terrible
