I have a fruitcake business and the Alligator has changed my life and saved my hands. I chop about 100 pounds of apricots, dates, and figs with the stainless Alligator with ease and efficiency. I don’t know how I survived without it all those years. My only complaint is that the teeth on the plastic cover break after a while if you are not super careful, but Alligator is very quick to send another when ordered, and the Alligator is useable until it arrives. In fact I have two Alligators, one for my work kitchen and another for my home. I highly recommend this life changing tool.

In the past I have purchased dicers made of plastic. I do a lot of cooking, and eventually they would break. I purchased the all metal Alligator Chopper a few years ago, along with some spare blades. What a game changer in the kitchen! I can’t imagine doing a lot of prep work without it. It took longer than I had hoped for it to be delivered, but was worth the wait. I highly recommend this.

This is an excellent chopper but it has a plastic grid to prevent food sticking in the appliance. Ours got broken and we feared that we might not be able to continue using the chopper, however when we contacted the firm we were able to order two replacement grids without a problem and they arrived very promptly.

I love my Alligator. The little one is perfect for mincing garlic - best ever! My only complaint is that the larger white mats are difficult to remove for washing and tear more easily than I think they should. But I was able to order replacements at a reasonable charge and they came very quickly. I've had my Alligator for many years and intend to use it for many more!

I have used a lot of choppers and none of them come even close the to Alligator chopper. This was money well spent and I wouldn't buy anything else. Time saver for sure.

Through the course of two moves, the containers for my alligator (the clear plastic tops) had disappeared. I found this site and ordered two more and, as fast as shipping and customs could go, my new containers arrived. I'm happy as can be.

The Alligator onion chopper is an essential kitchen item that works perfectly. I am on my second, after the first finally broke following years of service. The later green based model cuts more easily than the all white original, as it appears the slots have been slightly enlarged.

I bought alligator chopper before 10 years from fair in Frankfurt. I am still using it from this anybody can imagine what quality it is. It is perfect cutter and very safe.

Though I find this tool far too expansive, I must admit I like it much. It does really a great job with vegetables of many kinds. I often use it to get square pieces of the same size. It is definitely a must have in your kitchen!
