Alligator chopper has made food prep easier. I like that you can replace parts rather than the whole device.

I bought my alligator several years ago, and the only thing that I had trouble with was one of the web inserts. Ordered a replacement, got it, and am back in business. While its pricey, this device is well worth the money.

Sending of replacement cutters took weeks, but replacement cutters are very expensive, for that money you would expect next day delivery.

It’s a great tool but the problem is that its plastic container’s teeth brake easily. I had to buy 2 extra containers to replace the broken one

The green inside cutter broke on 2nd push to slice potato. This is the 2nd one that I had the same problem. Can no longer use

I have been using your products for 30 years. Love them! The ordering process is not great. The duty and extra fee surprise was not great. Need to have a more seamless process where we can compare if Amazon is a better deal. At least provide costs up front.

It was very hard to get the delivery date.

Even though the equipment is pricey, the ease and convenience of using my alligator makes it worthwhile for me. A friend was over watching me make dinner. I peeled an onion and she offered to chop it for me since I only have one good hand. I cut it in half, went “snick, snick” on each half with the alligator and asked her, “Can you chop it faster than that?”
