I live in New Zealand and the website said they ship here. But that was not the case. The item never arrived so I got a refund (refund service was good, but can’t rate this higher than 1 star since they didn’t fulfil my order).

This is a GREAT chopper! I bought one for each of my kids for Christmas after I discovered it. The plastic collector cracked, but the website let me order another and I got it within days. Will never regret this purchase.

i never received my product

Cut my finger (deep cut) just taking blades out of plastic wrap. Then squashed a finger under lever!!! I bought for safety of not using knives. It’s safely back in the box. Would like to return it. The reply below from Alligator is wonderful! Maybe they would prefer that I change my review to: “I can see that many people have bought this product and left good reviews. It might be useful for some people to know that this product isn’t suitable for everyone. I bought it as a safer alternative to knives for my children to use, but cut my fingers handing it. Very happy that Alligator will have it back.” !!!’

We have one and needed to buy a second for our daughter (peace in the family) 😉 Wonderful item, performs great, very obvious quality. Not a gadget to be sent to the next yard sale

Wait time was very long…

I have had one before and had it for >10 years and it has been instrumental my cooking. Now after all these years it was a bit dull, still working but not as sharp as it had been for obvious reasons. and the little plastic peal of mesh had also taking a little beating in the dish washer. Si O bought a new one. now with the mesh in stainless (great!) and also it has a fantastic little bucket to gather the sliced pieces in. Just love this tool, just makes dicing so much faster
