Delivery was prompt considering it came from overseas. I bought this item for use in my motorhome as space is at a premium & as its a compact product it works well. I will certainly be using it at home also. The product works well once you have got used to changing the cutters etc & I would imagine will last a very long time.

The blades on the chopper are really nice and sharp and stay sharp for a very long time.im rating it a four because the plastic parts do wear off quicker than the blades

I like this product but the plastic parts mean there's built in failure, eventually caused by the physical stress the product is put under when used. And these parts are not cheap. I can't help thinking the failure could be engineered out with a bit of thought. Version 2 was a step in the right direction, strengthening the insert on the plastic cover, an issue which saw my Version 1 model fail. Ideally, engineering a solution would not make the Version 1 model obsolete...

Arrived in a timely manner.I am happy with the quality of the stainless steel cutter. I previously owned the plastic cutter but the stainless one is superior to the plastic. I started having issues with the plastic one cracking.
