Fantastic product with excellent customer service!

The small cleaning grids that I had originally ordered were the only ones on their website. The measurements seemed to be correct, but they did not fit our older model chopper. When inquiring about returning these and possibly ordering the proper ones, the customer service rep very quickly offered to send the correct grids for only the shipping cost, and just keep the original ordered items. The order was promptly processed and shipped. I highly recommend Alligator of Sweden, and would not hesitate to deal with them again.

Very quick, with no extra cost

The collector is available for the Alligator with the number 3093 and 3094. I ordered 3094 from Amazon and received it for 30093. I researched online and then ordered directly from Alligator in Sweden. After a few days the right part arrived.

The product and the service

Just that I could get a replacement part was a delightful surprise. The delivery took a bit long (a couple of weeks) which, for me, was no problem. It was pricier than expected but 1. I was glad to be able to get the replacement at all, and 2. It was a lot less than a whole new unit. Great, easy-to-use web site and effortless ordering! One of the best-designed web sites I have seen.

Ordering quick and easy with free shipment from Sweden. The device itself is bloody marvelous: lovely design (pleasing to the eye), high quality manufacture, works brilliantly. Ever so slightly fiddly to wash afterwards, but given the convenience and time saved on prep, still very much worth it. Chops onions beautifully and effortlessly cuts excellent chips. Recommended.
