I was able to reach "Ton," through their website online chat. They were able to guide me through a process of filing a report for a replacement part. I'm very happy they were able to chat with me online the moment it happened.

United States | 22 September 2021Customer Service replies quickly to my concerns, however, there is a lot of little steps that need to be done before anything is remotely accomplished. I was on the phone with a representative for 40 minutes telling them how the air fryer would not turn on. The 40 minute talk accomplished them sending me an email to get the whole process of returning my air fryer started, which was sending in a video of it not working. I have still not received any update on whether or not my request has gone through after more than a week. I had hoped to start using it soon and that they would be able to send another one my way/return the one that is not working, but it seems that the entire process will take a while. Very frustrating.
