Mooka works efficiently and quickly to clean the air. Breathing so much better. Great customer service to boot. I like that it has carry handles. Also the filters are not outrageously expensive and they are easily found on Amazon.

I recently bought a juicer from the shop, and had a little issue with the plastic top, as it broke because the beet I put was too hard, and I was I put too much pressure. I was able to reach "Ton," through their website online chat. They were able to guide me through a process of filing a report for a replacement part. I'm very happy they were able to chat with me online the moment it happened.

I just wanted to show how grateful I am, after purchasing my first juicer, I run into some electronics problems with the motor. Customer Service replies quickly to my concerns, however, there is a lot of little steps that need to be done before anything is remotely accomplished. I was on the phone with a representative for 40 minutes telling them how the air fryer would not turn on. The 40 minute talk accomplished them sending me an email to get the whole process of returning my air fryer started, which was sending in a video of it not working. I have still not received any update on whether or not my request has gone through after more than a week. I had hoped to start using it soon and that they would be able to send another one my way/return the one that is not working, but it seems that the entire process will take a while. Very frustrating.

I got my new KOIOS Hand blender as I tried to attach the egg beater and it wouldn't stay in. So I called and spoke to Rey in support , he asked me what the problem was. With in minutes I was putting everything together ! Now I love my new New Koios Hand Blender !
