I previously had a fusion which is now called power XL, and that is an extremely powerful juicer! But I wanted a juicer that truly extracts the juice, motor isn’t as loud and easy cleaning.

I was obviously upset because of this, so I emailed the support team. Though I was upset from the mixup, I was very pleasantly surprised by the quick and efficient customer service. I was talking to Anne (big shoutout to her), and she was extremely thorough and professional. She explained to me that she understood and sent a replacement request on my behalf! Honestly could not have been more happier with the customer service conducted by her. Thanks Anne! :))

United States | 08 September 2021I have the Koios immersion blender and chopper since January 2020. I love the chopper and use it frequently. I love the immersion blender and use it daily, mostly for making smoothies, using frozen fruit and ice. Well it did it's job well until about a month ago when the blade came off the blending shaft. I wrote to Koios to see if I could get a replacement part. Everything else was still working great. I was thinking of buying just the broken part. But they are going to send a replacement, free! That made me happy and I'm eagerly awaiting it to get here! Thank you Koios! The customer service was very good and prompt. Thanks Feith!
