Cleo from koiosshop worked with us to ensure that a new part was sent to us free of cost so we could once again go back to our juicing. United States | 30 August 2021I used this today to make soup. I was surprised at the power of the device. I would suggest that you angle the blender because whe upright suction held it to the bottom of the pan. So far I am very pleased with the blender.
