Canada | 08 October 2021I bought a Koios 5-in-1 hand blender from Amazon earlier this year. We loved using it but 3 months after first using it, one of the attachments from the main motor unit became stuck in the chopper lid, making the blender motor unit unable to attach to anything apart from the chopper. I contacted Koios and they were very helpful. Rey, the customer representative I communicated with, asked me to upload a quick video of the problem and they sent me a new replacement hand blender set right away. I appreciate the help I received and the quick response time.

Even when I didn’t respond on time he informed me that he had to assist other customers however I could still send message; and gave an approximation of the time wait for him to respond to any of my questions that need more information or verification. He was mannerly, patient and Very helpful! Excellent customer service.

He is also knowledgeable and very willing to help. He emailed me the information I needed and responded to every email I sent. According to him, my claim has been submitted so I’m just waiting for the replacement unit now. So well see and I hope they come through.

United States | 02 October 2021This is the first bullet type blender I've had so I don't have anything other than my larger Ninja blender to compare it to. I'll say having used it immediately after getting it and it was very surprising. In a fraction of the time I was able to make a smoothie with hidden veggies for my autistic daughter and she loved it. She is extremely particular about the consistency and hates any chunks in her smoothies. What a huge success! Clean up was super easy. I basically just rinsed the cups out after and they were good to go. Would definitely recommend it to others!
