I'd spent ages looking for the right lampshade to match the decor, and National Lighting was the only place that had what I needed - it's a really good range. When an item was damaged in transit they replaced it without question and their customer service was attentive and helpful.

I had to return the item I ordered as my builder had progressed beyond being able to fit it. Hafsa did a great job advising the best way to do this and when I enquired about the refund, Hafsa got it sorted out immediately. Fantastic customer service from this company, would definitely recommend purchasing from them. Although the courier lost my order they were great, reshipped again rather than wait for FedEx to find it and then refunded the shipping which they did not have to do. Things goes wrong, this is a great example of how a very good company deals with and resolves a problem quickly. Will buy from again, well done!

Great selection of lighting products and very competitive prices. Customer service is top notch too. I had a couple of outside lights fail after 10 months and they replaced them very quickly without jumping through a load of hoops first.
