United Kingdom | 04 November 2022I ordered some lovely wall lights for my bathroom from National Lighting. They arrived promptly however a small part was missing. On calling their customer service team, they handled my call efficiently. I emailed the Helpdesk with a photo of the missing part and Tina responded immediately. As there is no spare part available for my lights, she has arranged for a whole replacement unit to be sent to me in a few days.

She was brilliant, contacted their warehouse to check if a replacement part was possible. She then phoned, left a message and emailed me to make sure I knew thay had the part and were sending it at once. It arrived soon and Tina phoned to check it had arrived. Fantastic customer service!

United Kingdom | 11 October 2022I placed the order online and then I called customer services 4 mins after I placed it as I had changed my mind. The cancellation policy states I can return it free of charge if the the dispatch process hasn’t started, it had started after 4 mins!! I was told I couldn’t cancel my order, I could just refuse it when it arrived. I was out of the house when it arrived and DPD left the order on my doorstep so I couldn’t decline it. Now I have to pay to return it! Shocking customer service given I was 4 mins into the purchase!!! I am trying to get to the post office (difficult due to working hours) and national lighting is closed for a bank holiday today (?) so can’t issue me with any of the info I need to make a return. Terrible service for an online retailer with a ‘live chat’ function.

They sent out a replacement shade, which was recieved in a couple of days. They went above and beyond what was expected. Can't praise them enough. Highly recommended for their service.

On contacting Tina at the help desk she was professional and extremely helpful and sorted out our problem in an efficient and professional manner. The company is fortunate to have such an employee, her manner was friendly and polite and our problem was resolved within a short timeframe.

I was asked to send a picture of the fault and then two more were ordered to replace the faulty units. They arrived the next day and are now installed less than 48 hours of reporting the initial fault. I couldn't ask for better service! Highly recommended :)

United Kingdom | 25 August 2022Bad start, great finish! I ordered a lampshade from National Lighting through Amazon. Delivery was late and the product I ordered was damaged. I also received another product that I hadn't ordered! Obviously problem better sorted by contacting national Lighting directly! Now things took an upward turn, or should I say went into orbit! My call was answerde by Tina who quickly identified the detail of my problem and set about sorting it out. Suffice to say that the original delivery and the the redelivery of a shiny, clean new lampshade was executed in less than 20 hours. Now that is fantastic service. In any company, no matter how good they are, things can go awry especially when dealing through a third party such as Amazon. What matters is how the problem is dealt with. What can I say? Brilliant Tina! Brilliant National Lighting! Thank you!

United Kingdom | 24 August 2022The 2 bedside lamps we ordered arrived very promptly and were absolutely beautiful. Excellent quality and fantastic value for money. Unfortunately, 1 of the glass shades was cracked on arrival. I emailed a couple of photos and it was replaced without question 24 hours later. I am very happy to recommend this company and would not hesitate to use it again.
