I recently purchased a pair of Highclere/Celeste wall lights from National Lighting, however, when the electrician came to fit the lights he found that the one shade sat lower than the other one. On hearing of the problem Dina immediately ordered a replacement and kept us up to date with delivery info. over the holiday break. We're now very happy with our new wall lights which give a lovely relaxing ambient light. I would use this company again and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to family and friends.

I ordered 4 lights for my new driveway of which one became faulty after less than two months. The customer Service advisor was curtious and fast to resolve the issue and immediately ordered a replacement for the faulty one to be sent out. Very happy with the level of service. Milton

Sadly I had an issue with an LED security light after 3 months usage that I had purchased through Amazon. Amazon wouldn’t deal with the issue after 30 days - so I had to contact the supplier to Amazon. The customer service was as good as it gets from anywhere. They read the issue I had come across along with some photos I send to them. They responded with a full credit from the faulty light to cobb no e through in the next 3 to 5 days - great service when something (and it’s not everyday just when it does )

I ordered 6 downlights as it was recommended by a 3rd Party Company as we were doing some work to our conservatory. The lights came within 2 days which was great and when we installed them, all of them were working except one. I contacted National Lighting and spoke to Dina. I asked for an exchange but they didn’t need the faulty item sent back to them and just sent over a new one which came the next day. I fitted this today and can confirm that they are all working. Thanks for a wonderful experience.

I’ve bought all kinds of light fittings from National Lighting in Leeds South branch over the years and they have always been great value. The staff are helpful and recently Gordon really helped me out with some spot lights and strip lighting. Everything worked a charm.

I felt compelled to write a review after some exceptional customer service from the National Lighting team (Dina specifically) I had an issue with a product which was resolved really quickly and then after another item was out of stock she went out of her way to source and arrange delivery. Its rare these days to find a company with such great service!

My questions were answered in no time at all and a problem with light (which came from manufacturer, no fault of National Lighting) was responded to and dealt with on the same day. Original order received within 24 hrs much faster than I expected . I had issues with a couple of down lights , and emailed the Helpdesk . Thought I would need to follow up by phone but the matter was resolved , no hassle and replacement lights arrived within 24 hrs , well done Tina , Thank you brilliant service throughout.

We ordered 4 led ceiling lights. These were promptly sent and the communication was first class. Unfortunately one of the lights was faulty - not the fault of National Lighting I hasten to add - but once we had informed the supplier the response was very quick and the issue was resolved with the minimum of fuss. Extremely impressed by how this was dealt with - I wouldn't hesitate to recommend these guys.
