I have ordered a number of times from National Lighting. Their customer service is second to none. I have found all the marine grade lights excellent quality and have not been disappointed. Their prices are competitive and they generally deliver the next day if the items are in stock.

Last month an Equinox post failed within 12 months of fitting. I contacted National Lighting and they sent out a replacement free of change. An electrician remove the old post a fitted the replacement today and everything is working great again. Thank you.

We ordered two matching lamps last year for our bedroom. A very nice design and almost half the price of identical ones from the well-known department store that was until recently “never knowingly undersold”. The lamps arrived quickly, looked great and gave off a really nice light. Unfortunately, one developed a fault earlier this week and I emailed the company about this. The following day, a replacement lamp arrived. I think this is excellent service, all accompanied by pleasant and helpful emails. The next time we need lighting, this will be our first stop.

Ordered an outside spotlight in Sept 2021 which had a 3 year warranty. Arrived on time and was a great light. However, at the start of this year it failed due to water ingress. It was IP65 rated so should be pretty waterproof. Emailed Customer Services, within 24 hours got a very apologetic reply, and a replacement light arrived the next day! Excellent Customer Service.

What a beautiful floor lamp, really enhances the decor in my room. Also, I had a bit of a problem with the delivery which was quickly and easily rectified by the wonderful Helpdesk Team.

I purchased a number of outdoor lights just over a year ago. I am delighted with them but unfortunately the LED in one of them has just failed. I contacted the Helpdesk with a copy of my original invoice and a short video of the flashing LED and they have immediately dispatched a replacement light to me. Unbelievable customer service. Full marks to the company.

An order, placed in error, was quickly and efficiently cancelled. Great service - thank you. So many firms say "It might have been despatched by now" ten minutes after ordering, then follow by "Too late - it has been despatched", hoping you will accept the order on delivery.

I ordered a Soleil Uplighter floor lamp from National Lighting. It arrived the following day, very well packed. The lamp is well made, gives a bright light and looks even better than the on-line image. Very reasonably priced. Altogether an excellent shopping experience.
